Medical Practitioner Referral Information
You can refer your client for Speech Pathology intervention or combined ENT / Speech Pathology input.
For clients where nasendoscopy or instrumental assessment of swallowing (flexible endoscopic evaluation of swallowing / videofluoroscopy swallowing study) we recommend referring to both ENT / Speech Pathology. We can then appropriately triage your referral on receipt.

Residential Care Providers / Home Care Package Manager Referral
For care providers wishing to refer a client please contact us via the enquiry form so we can discuss your needs and provide a cost estimate.
Service Fees
Initial Assessment (voice, swallow, upper airway)
Fees range from $165-$220.
Standard Initial Assessment (45min) – $165
(clients referred by ENT practitioner)
Long Initial Assessment (60min) – $220
Review Sessions
Fees range from $110-$165.
Standard Review (30min) – $110
Complex or multiple item review (45min) – $165
Flexible Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing
$250 + consultation Fee
Depending on your referral you may be eligible for a medicare rebate.
Endoscopic Evaluation of Voice / Laryngeal Function
$200 + consultation Fee
Depending on your referral you may be eligible for a medicare rebate.
Multidisciplinary Voice Clinic
Speech Pathology fee – $150
(ENT fees are charged separately)
Home Visits / Residential Care Settings
Estimated fee range $450-$600 depending on location and requirements.
We can provide an estimated quote for services on enquiry.
Rebates / Funding
Private Health
You may be able to claim part of your fee through your private health extras.
Clients will need to pay upfront and claim back through their health fund.
Medicare / Chronic disease managment plan
You may be eligible to claim a medicare rebate if you have a Chronic Disease Management Plan from your GP.
This plan allows you to claim a medicare rebate for up to 5 Allied Health services per year.
National disability insurance scheme (ndis)
We are able to provide services for NDIS self-managed participants.
Clients will need to pay upfront and claim back through NDIS.
Home Care Packages
You may be eligible for funding for Speech Pathology services under your Home Care Package.
Please discuss this with your package manager.
